Gift in Celebration
Are you celebrating a special occasion – birthday, wedding, graduation or anniversary? Have you considered asking your friends and family to donate to One World in lieu of gifts? It’s a fantastic way to honor your special occasion while making a lasting difference in the lives of the children who needs help from us.
How it works:
- You can decide to have donations serve the area of greatest need or a specific project.
- We can give you information about One World to share with your friends and family including information about the organization, our work and how to donate
- Friends can donate by check, online, through stock and more!
- One World will send thank you letters and tax receipts out to all of your donors and provide you a list of donors for your information.

Donations in Memory or in Honor
A memorial gift is a meaningful way to remember someone you love. A gift to One World in honor of a friend or family member honors them with a charitable gift to One World. If you’d like, we will send both you and the person you are celebrating a thank you and acknowledgement of your gift. One World can honor and remember that special person in our Annual Report as well. These gifts can also be anonymous if you’d prefer.

Workplace and Matching Gifts
Double your donation! Many companies will match their employees’ donations, some even dollar for dollar, helping us serve more children around the world. You can often find out about your company’s matching or giving program by contacting your Human Resource Department.

Monthly Giving
Sign up for One World’s monthly giving program. It’s a convenient way to support the work of One World. Monthly donations can be charged to your credit card or automatically withdrawn from your checking account. You will receive a tax receipt for your donations at the end of the year.

If you want to become a committed, high level supporter of One World, we invite you to join our Founder’s Circle.
Circles represent continuity, commitment, completeness. Your membership in The Founder’s Circle will provide all of that and more to One World and the children we serve.
Your membership in the circle helps give us the financial foreknowledge that enables us to plan our programming and services. Knowing that our members are committed for three years means our projects and our champions can rely on consistent support from One World. And it means that One World can continue to grow and serve more children around the world.
