One World Champions

One World Champions are people who have chosen to support a grassroots organization in the world that is addressing the basic and critical needs of children and their caregivers. For more information about Champions, please go to the Champion Program or email us at info@owcf.org or call 415-255-3014.

Committee Positions

If you'd like to volunteer but don't have the time to give each week, you may be a candidate to join one of our committees!  Being a committee member is not a huge time commitment, but you would still be helping One World make a difference and expand throughout the Bay Area.

We have several committees where volunteers with the following skils are needed:

  1. Development Committee: fundraising, events, and networking
  2. Communications Committee: web, PR, graphic design, and social media
  3. Programt Committee: international development, community based program management, education, healthcare providers, and grants management

Internships

Internships with One World are a great way to gain valuable work experience, learn new skills and give back to the One World community.  As an Intern, you will work on both individual and team projects, sit on a committee, and interact with the Board.  Our internships have a minimum commitment of 3 months, working 3 days a week.  Schedules are flexible and internships can start anytime during the year.
