One World projects in East Africa focus on providing basic necessities to children like shelter, safety and access to education. The projects play an integrated role of a care giver for orphaned, underprivileged children, children from tribal and marginalized communities, and children whose parents have been rejected by society for being a HIV positive. All these children share a similar history of poverty, neglect, abuse and abandonment.
One World also supports programs for leadership and mentoring programs for young girls from underprivileged backgrounds.
