One World’s projects in South Asia cover an extensive geographic region and a gamut of social and economic factors affecting women and children. The projects educate poor children, operate schools in inaccessible areas and rehabilitate abandoned children.
They provide free, quality healthcare to underprivileged children, education to undervalued girls and microcredit loans to poor and illiterate women. They also motivate villagers to play an active role in their social order and offer new skills to the the visually challenged for a better life.
