One World’s projects in southern Africa provide support to vulnerable children and their mothers. Projects in this region have manifold goals. They work to promote civic awareness and responsibility in emerging generations of African children, and mitigate the impact of HIV/AIDS on orphans. The projects also provide support to mothers of disabled children and skilled women’s groups who work to give vulnerable children nutritious meals supplemented by fresh organic vegetables.
