We are thrilled to introduce our new Board Members: Dr. Shamara Graham, Jonathan Hsu, and Ayanna DaCosta. Their passion for philanthropy, dynamic professional experience, and inspiring leadership will impact our organization for years to come. Welcome to One World!

Dr. Shamara Graham is an accomplished policy shaper, skilled educational leader, and influential advocate whose work has vastly improved the quality of education for thousands of students in urban settings around the U.S. For over 15 years, she has served as teacher, dean, assistant principal, principal and director of curriculum and instruction. Her strategic leadership has advanced policy, programmatic, organizing, and advocacy efforts across diverse sectors that include education, criminal justice, juvenile justice reform, economic inequality/poverty, youth development, civic engagement, and children’s health. Shamara is a graduate of Hampton University, with two master’s degrees from University of Maryland, College Park and UCLA. Additionally, she earned her Doctorate from Pepperdine University. As a Senior Consultant with 2Revolutons, Shamara partners with educational leaders to enhance anti-racist environments that effect all stakeholders and supports re-imagining schools where children have personalized learning opportunities with joy-filled, hands-on experiences.

Jonathan Hsu specializes in cybersecurity risk management at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he has been providing technology and data-driven solutions to clients for 17 years. His professional experience includes accounting and auditing, information technology, and risk management. Jonathan is also a leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at PwC. Jonathan is a committed philanthropist. He and his family have sponsored 2 children through the World Vision Child Sponsor Program for over 9 years.

Ayanna DaCosta is the CEO and Founder of C.O.R. Consulting, which focuses on supporting nonprofit leaders of color in addressing the underlying challenges facing their communities and creating unique approaches to resource and scale minority-led impact. Ayanna's passion for community development was developed over 10 years supporting local and global causes across West Africa, North America, and Eastern Europe, including serving in the Peace Corps in Moldova. Her experience includes program development, fundraising, criminal justice reform, reproductive rights, and youth workforce development.
